Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place your unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the item is free of pet hair or debris.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, affix it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our crew inspects the returned item at our Seattle factory, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
